What is Metaphysics?
The word “metaphysics” may seem complex, but it simply refers to what lies beyond what we experience.
It is a discipline of understanding that explores what underlies human experience, beyond appearances and mental constructs.
It seeks to observe the origin of our thoughts, our emotions, and our sense of existence, in order to illuminate the mechanisms through which experience takes shape.
An embodied, lived, and verifiable metaphysics
Metaphysics is part of everyday life. It is called “living” because it is verified through direct experience within relationships, reactions, choices, attachments, emotions, suffering, and moments of joy.
Each human being thus becomes a privileged field of observation.
The exploration begins with how reality is perceived, interpreted, and experienced internally.
The Living Metaphysics of Being therefore proposes a reversal: instead of seeking answers outside, it invites us to look at the inner causes that shape experience.
Foundations of the Metaphysics of Being
This approach is based on a few fundamental principles:
- The Void, as the unmanifest origin—without form, without polarity, without intention.
- Energy, the first emanation of the Void—neutral, creative, the principle of manifestation.
- La Conscience est la somme active, totale et absolue de l’information depuis l’Origine.
- Form, as the visible and lived manifestation—body, thought, emotion, identity, situation.
Understanding begins with how reality is perceived, interpreted, and experienced internally.
Understanding the human experience differently
From this perspective, emotions, wounds, attachments, and reactions are simply precise indicators of the human being’s inner functioning.
The Living Metaphysics of Being does not seek to eliminate human experience, but to understand it in its deeper mechanics:
- How information that is not understood becomes a blockage.
- How a preference becomes an attachment.
- How an expectation creates satisfaction or suffering.
This understanding naturally opens the way to inner transformation—not through effort or willpower, but through clarification and recognition.
This understanding does not remain theoretical: it is part of a simple and living approach that allows one to observe, recognize, welcome, and release what is experienced internally.
A path of return to oneself
The Metaphysics of Being is a path of return—a return to what is already there, prior to conditioning, roles, and constructed identities.
As the inner mechanisms are seen and recognized, the experience becomes simpler.
What was conflictual becomes understandable.
What seemed external is recognized as internal.
And what one sought to understand eventually begins to be lived naturally.
A metaphysics in service of the human being
The Living Metaphysics of Being offers a framework of understanding that enables each person to explore their own experience with accuracy, discernment, and humanity.
It is addressed to those who feel the call to understand differently and to inhabit their existence more fully, in a more lucid, freer, and more peaceful relationship with themselves and the world.
The Centre offers an applied metaphysics approach focused on understanding the mechanisms of human experience, inner transformation, and the return Home.
