The Centre — The Place and Its Spirit

The Living Metaphysics of Being Centre (CMVE) is a space for exploring and understanding the human experience, offering small in-person group meetings in Rimouski, as well as virtual sessions and masterclasses depending on the activities.

The Living Metaphysics of Being Centre is located in Rimouski, Quebec.

Meetings take place in a private venue designed to host a group of approximately ten to fifteen participants. This capacity is intentional and consistent with the Centre’s approach.

The small-group format promotes the quality of information transmission, attentive listening, and the conscious participation of each person. It allows for deeper exploration of the concepts presented, encourages introspection, and examines the mechanisms of experience within a structured and respectful framework.

Each meeting is devoted to the transmission of information on a specific concept drawn from the architecture of the Book “ “The Paths of Returning Home,” ».

Through a clear presentation, a story illustrating the principle addressed, and a period of individual introspection, participants develop a more refined understanding of the inner mechanisms that influence our reactions, emotions, and perceptions.

The Centre prioritizes in-person presence and human proximity in order to support an integrated and lasting understanding.

Meeting Format

  • Group of 10 to 15 participants ;

  • In-person meetings in Rimouski ;

  • Exploration of one concept per session ;

  • Structured transmission of information on the mechanisms of human experience;

  • Prior registration required.

The Spirit of the Place

The choice of a small group is based on concrete experience. After several years of sharing through conferences and workshops with large audiences, it became clear that understanding deepens significantly through proximity.

A limited group allows for:

  • More open expression ;

  • More attentive listening ;

  • More authentic interaction

  • Better integration of the information.

In a world where interactions are often virtual, the Centre offers a real space for meeting, dialogue, and conscious exploration. The human dimension of the place supports inner work that is more stable, clearer, and more mature.

For people at a distance or internationally

Although the Centre prioritizes in-person meetings, some people live too far away to participate regularly, whether elsewhere in Quebec, across Canada, or abroad. To allow access to the approach, individual or group sessions at a distance may also be offered.

These exchanges, conducted online, provide a supportive framework for deepening certain concepts, clarifying personal situations, or exploring specific questions. They constitute a valid alternative for those who wish to continue their understanding despite the distance.

For those who do not speak French, it is possible, when conditions allow, to use a translation service or a linguistic intermediary to facilitate communication.

Depending on the needs, these sessions may take the form of one-time guidance or more in-depth ongoing support.

Individual or group sessions at a distance

Individual or group sessions at a distance generally take place by videoconference and last approximately one to one and a half hours.

A contribution is requested to support the time devoted as well as the Centre’s activities. This contribution may be adjusted according to the situation.
